Spring Agro Industries Ltd is supported by a highly competent and experienced leadership team whose collective expertise spans generations, industries, and continents. This distinguished team forms the nerve Centre of the organization and is collectively responsible for shaping the company’s vision while providing strategic direction to the execution teams.

The leadership team is headed by our Chairman, Mr. Pankaj Mohindroo, and is supported by a dynamic and forward-looking CEO Siddharth Mohindroo along with other accomplished directors, as outlined below.

Mr. Pankaj Mohindro

Chairman

Mr. Pankaj Mohindroo is the Chairman of Spring Agro Industries Ltd., bringing with him over four decades of diverse global business experience across multiple industries including agriculture, food processing, telecom, infrastructure, manufacturing, and international trade. Under his leadership, Spring Agro Industries Ltd. is focused on building a modern, sustainable, and large-scale agricultural enterprise with strong capabilities in cultivation, agro-processing, and food value chains.

Mr. Mohindroo has an outstanding academic record, having topped the university twice, and is an alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, where he completed his MBA. His professional journey spans leadership roles across several sectors including sugar, food, telecom, information technology, retail, media and broadcasting, DTH, steel, textiles, personal care, and industrial manufacturing.

In addition to his role at Spring Agro Industries Ltd., Mr. Mohindroo serves as the Chairman of the India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA), the apex industry body representing India’s electronics ecosystem. He has played a pivotal role in shaping India’s electronics manufacturing growth and in integrating the country into global value chains.

Through Spring Agro Industries Ltd., Mr. Mohindroo is spearheading initiatives to modernize agriculture through technology, efficient farming practices, and value-added agro-processing. The company’s agricultural project in Ghana has brought over 1,250 acres of farmland under cultivation and established a state-of-the-art rice milling facility with an annual processing capacity of 15,000 metric tonnes.

With his strategic vision, global industry exposure, and commitment to sustainable growth, Mr. Mohindroo continues to guide Spring Agro Industries Ltd. toward building a robust and scalable agricultural enterprise that contributes to food security, rural development, and international agricultural trade.

A talented professional leading a young team of professionals from Ghana and India. His ideology marks an out-of-the-box approach of execution of our project. His proposition of merging technology with agriculture bodes well for the project.

Mr. Harman Randhawa

Director Farm Management

As an agri-business specialist, he has a hands-on farms management experience of over 32 years. Introducing low-chilling varieties of apples successfully in Punjab is one of his significant achievements. He is also a Director in the Citrus Estate Hoshiarpur under the Government of Punjab.

Mr. Vivek Dhir

Promoter

An engineer and an MBA (XLRI) holder with decades of experience in the corporate sector with companies like Godrej, Tetra Pack etc., he is an accomplished business leader, serial entrepreneur and angel investor with a vast experience in start-ups. As the founder and CEO of World Phone, he is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy with a view of creating a shareholder value.

Anthony Waklatsi is a results-driven accounting professional with diverse experience across commerce, engineering, project management, construction, and agro-processing industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and brings strong expertise in financial management and operational efficiency.

At Spring Agro Industries Limited, Anthony holds the position of Factory Operations Manager. He also supports the company’s financial operations by overseeing internal control processes that ensure accountability and sustainable financial performance. His work plays a key role in strengthening financial systems that support the company’s agro-processing and agricultural activities.

Anthony’s professional strengths include financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, risk management, and project accounting. He is committed to using sound financial strategies and controls to enhance business performance and support the long-term growth of agro-processing enterprises and related industries.

Edward Annor Ayim

Site Manager (Akuse)

Edward Annor Ayim is a results-driven agricultural professional with a strong background in crop production, farm operations, and sustainable agriculture practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and currently oversees farm operations at Spring Agro Industries Limited in Torgorme on the Kpong Left Bank in Ghana.

In his role, Edward is responsible for managing daily farm activities, coordinating farm workers, and ensuring efficient crop production processes from land preparation and nursery development to harvesting and post-harvest handling. His expertise includes farm planning and optimization, irrigation and soil management, and maintaining high standards of quality control across farm operations.

Edward has successfully supervised large-scale crop projects and implemented modern farming techniques that have improved yields while reducing operational costs. His leadership and hands-on approach have contributed significantly to strengthening farm productivity and operational efficiency.

Passionate about agribusiness development and food security, Edward is committed to advancing sustainable agriculture practices that support long-term growth and productivity in Ghana’s agricultural sector.

Lawer Isaac Tettey

Site Manager (Adidome)

Lawer Isaac Tettey is an Agronomist and Certified Agriculture Drone Pilot with expertise in modern farming technologies and crop management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Cape Coast (UCC) and has received specialized training in precision agriculture and drone technology for farming.

Lawer combines agronomic knowledge with advanced drone applications to support efficient farm management, including aerial crop monitoring, field mapping, and precision spraying. His work focuses on helping farms improve productivity, optimize resource use, and adopt innovative agricultural practices.

Born in Odumase Krobo in the Eastern Region of Ghana, Lawer is passionate about advancing sustainable agriculture and supporting farmers through technology-driven solutions. He is known for his strong communication skills and his ability to work closely with farmers and stakeholders to improve farm performance and outcomes.

Lawer speaks English, Twi, Ga-Adangbe, and Ewe, and is committed to promoting modern agricultural practices that enhance food production and sustainability in Ghana.

Logistics Infrastructure

The company could boast of three main Warehouses; located at Madina Market District; Within Tema Free Zone operated by LMI Holdings; and at the Corporate Head Office.

There are a number of vehicles that are deployed to distribute our products; to various markets and customer locations; besides outsourced transport services. We have mini-Vans for handling distribution to modern trade and neighborhood shops and marts; medium trucks for distributing up to 200 bags of rice; trucks for handling loads up to 500 bags and a trailer for handling between 2,000 to 2,500 bags.

OUR FARMS  

Spring Agro Industries Ltd can boast of over 1,000 hectares of Farmland; but we are actively farming on over 650 hectares. We are currently, operating from two farm locations within the South Tongu district of the Volta Region of Ghana:

  • Adidome, and
  • Fordjoku (Akuse)

We farm throughout the year; thanks to our modern irrigation farming system. Our irrigation system is robust and one of the best around; consisting of artificial dam spanning over 5km distance; with canals for distributing the water to various parts of the farm. With modern mechanized pumps; there is all round availability of Water; throughout the year.

The icing on the cake is our ultra-modern commercial drones; that are deployed for fertilizer and weedicide applications. These are high precision tech equipment that give us the best results in all the areas of application.

When the rice is fully matured; they are harvested with over half a dozen Combined harvesters available on our two farms; that harvest our rice with perfection; which is why we do not have stones; nor any form of debris in our rice. We also process this paddy rice in our ultra-modern processing plant or factory at Akyimfo in the Central Tongu district in the Volta Region of Ghana. This is where your rice goes through rigorous process of sorting, drying, milling, polishing and packaging. The finished goods are then stored temporally at the factory and later transported to our ultra -modern ware houses in Accra:

  • Madina (Market District)
  • Tema Free Zone (operated by LMI holdings), and
  • East Legon – at our Corporate Office

These technologies and more cannot be absolute in themselves; without our hardworking and dedicated personnel- both local and foreign operating these technologies; and ensuring their proper maintenance.
